The Battle of Bridgeport, AL, March 2007.

None of our guys went with us, so Heather, Jenny, Claire, Jenny's friend Emma and Jenny's kids went by ourselves and had a fantastic time.  Steve came out for the day and said hey to us.

In camp, Heather plays a game with the children called "where's Jeremy?" in which the children (it started out to be just Jeremy and the others joined in) try to get Heather to "see" them but where she looks anywhere except where they are and pretends not to be able to find them.  It's a simple game, but entertaining for the kids and highly amusing for anyone around to watch.

After a while Heather "found" the children and sent them to play in the big area around the tent while we all got something to drink.

Saturday night Heather went to the ball for a while and then opted to go back to camp early.  The children went to bed, so she didn't have to look after them, but this gave Jenny a chance to have some "grown up time" with Claire and Emma at the ball.

After the event was over, we went to the TGIFriday's on the way home.  We were a little giddy from the heat, so here is what happened while we waited for our food...
